Thanks boss. I'd say it's not as ambitious as it appears. The bolt on neck and the bridge were serious shortcuts as far as the build goes, and I did have some experience with custom guitar wiring. The wood working bits were my biggest nightmare, using mostly a $20 rotary tool and a hacksaw for a bulk of the cuts, with a little help from a borrowed jigsaw when routing the control panels. Lots of swearing went into this little bastard.
Main goal for the project was to build a cbg that'd be just as at home playing old blues tunes as it would be playing heavy metal. Just enough sound options to play Robert Johnson, Captain Beefheart AND Slayer.
