  I am saddened to learn of Teddy's untimely demise.  It is a sorrow.  His bowl will live on on your strummer.  How are you going to open your bottles now?

  The dish is from my daughters steiff teddy bear (yoink)ha-ha she's fine with it, the family hound took a interest in the cuddly stuffed toy and the rest is history.
  As for the tail piece, its an small bottle opener.

  I always like a nice pair and this sure qualifies.  What is the tail piece on the kitty bowl reso strumer?  It looks good.
