Playing around with some new head stock design. This one the neck is beech wood and the wings on this are maple. I think it makes for and interesting look. Only thing is I could not fit the guitar style tuning pegs on this and had to us some friction pegs. Don't really like them as I find them to loosen a lose tune easier.

Yep, The friction tuner pegs are a bit of a pain, but with enough tweaking, even the cheap ones can be made to work satisfactorily.
