I used my neighbours little baby band saw to start cutting the strut, but half way through i managed to break the blade that he had spent days trying to find. oops.so i had to knock the large bits of gash wood off with a hand saw so that it wasn't as heavy to carry home, and wait to use the uni workshop. you can't really see the lines i've drawn in, but they're there. tenor uke here i come.
