    i am never sure if glue only is enough for the corner joints.And since the bottom has to be stiff-it's an acoustic- i reinforce all joints and then thin them with sandpaper.

    Why the corner posts? Couldn't you just put the supports up to the edges of the box? Would be really interested to hear why.
