Neck brace

This is the welded aluminum neck brace I had made up to stop the aluminum box from wobbling on my new 4 string build. Te neck is butt joined but the box still flexed, I am hoping this will have sorted that little problem out!

    I've Ben crazy busy but I'm hoping to finish it off soon. I need to replace the 3-way switch and tweak a few other things. The neck seems pretty solid, the box is like a rock now...should be! Lol!

  • Thanks, yes, it's a thigh pad.

    The box corners were model made, moulded and cast by me in polyurethane resin.

    It is now solid as hell!
