A detail shot on the head stock, which I had to widen to hold the 3 geared tuners. By previous design was a 2 stringer. I use a fret 0 and the bit of board held on with a blue tie-wrap helps to bend the strings over the fret 0 to elimonate a buzzing problem I had. The fretboard is not yet glued in place, but rather is held on by 2 tie-wraps at either end. This is contributing to the busing string problem at fret 0. I still have to decide where to glue the fretboard (up or down a few mm) to get the best intonation.
