Thanks for the advise on cutting tin. I appreciate it! It'd be cool to hear it play if you get the time to put something together. I have a gas can and a banjo neck. Just waiting until I get a little better at putting the pieces together before tackling it.
Warren, I cut mine with tin snips, but it might cut better with the dremel tool. It was my first try in building a CBG; I think I could have started with a regular cigar box which would be simpler to build. I didn't install a piezo or any holes in the top, so it is not loud at all which was a mistake.
