Yes, I don't doubt their quality, that's evident from the photo. It's just that bone and burr wood doesn't sound like the easiest thing to shape. However, I can understand that you don't want to disclose your trade secrets to the world. I'll just have to guess.....or experiment.
I have a certain way to make them, a technique I improved on over the years of making them. Just asked my past customers....they`ll tell you good they are.
That's really nice. How do you make it ? I can see that it's a bone/wood laminate but would imagine that any combination of material harnesses would be difficult to drill or turn. Maybe you just have loads of sandpaper and time :-)
