  • Carl, the box is around 10 inches long, and almost square. I think the neck just looks small on account of the lens I was using when I shot these pics...maybe I got a little bit carried away with the forced perspective thing. :-)
    I get the empty Kristoff boxes from various cigar shops. I've built 3 or 4 cbgs with them. The boxes have a sort of rustic look that I sometimes like.
  • That must be a pretty big box. The neck looks small in comparison I have a son named Kristoffer and been looking for one of those Kristoff boxes. Where did you find yours.

  • Thank you, Maddog. The more I look at it, the headstock kinda reminds me of one of those cheese-serving boards. I have this huge, round wooden cheesebox that I've been wanting to turn into a bass git...hmmm... Maybe a "cheeseboard" peg head might look cool with that?
