Louie ! Loved your video, I use that method often. And often I make things difficult for myself. This is just another method, very tedious but not too difficult. I'd be glad to write out some instructions if anyone is interested.

    the thing becomes one mass of rigidity. have to give the glue plenty of time between steps. Titebond III for the woods there are closed grained.
