Coffee Shop Macanudo

This is the build to trade for $40 in coffee and $20 in cash. Tuners turned sideways to go into a channel, red oak neck. I threw in a piezo disc pup and located it differently. It's up by the sound holes. Better than I thought it would be. I was just curious. A few little details and it's ready for delivery. Plus I have to play it for a few days, of course.

  • I go as few as 3, 5, 7 and 12 on the markers.   Nice one.

  • Thanks, I like how it sounds both unplugged and plugged in. The Macanudo box gives a sweet sound to it. Next step is to burn in some fret markers on the side for the new owner. Going for the majors at first. 3, 5, 7, 9, 12, 15, and 17. May burn in some smaller marks for the other frets. It's going to a 14 year old for his birthday as I understand it. He's already musically inclined and plays other instruments

  • Nice.

  • I like it.
Reminds me a lot of my first CBG, a Macanudo box, three string, eyebolt bridge, and a piezo disk pickup.
    Great minds think alike!
