That's a lot of guitars :) I've only built 2 lap steels, 2 CBG's and 1 LPG so far, but i've been doing a lot of repairs and modifactions of electric guitars the past few years and I did assemble a number of PartsCasters also (I'm doing a franken-tele for a fellow musician, right now)... :) Good luck and have fun with your 6-string!
Thanks Peter.I have built about 10 three string license plate guitars an 80 three string cigarbox guitars.I have been wanting to build a six stringer for a while now.
Hi Lloyd, Indeed, the body is a solid piece of maple. The output jack is next to the end pin. It's a thick panel jackthat reaches into the control cavity.
Hey Peter.I just ordered a neck yesterday. Is that a solid body? Also where is the output jack and how is it installed? I am really looking forward to building my first 6 string.

<blush, me dislectic> modifactions should have been modifications in a previous comment :)

Hey Lloyd, Thanks! You should check out Maddog's page. He's been the inspiration for this one...
I really like this.I never made a six string guitar before but after seeing yours I might make one next year.
Thanks Pick!
