On the bridge you can see the little cam I made to switch on the lights.When you rest your hand on the bridge to play it switches on and turns off when you let go.While you are playing it kind of flickers on and off to the music as your hand moves but I think that is pretty cool!

Love the lights idea, i've been thinking about it since seeing a cool plastic classic lap steel on ebay. Much of the plastic parts lit up, fretmarkers, bridge, headstock and dice tuners and knobs. Yours is way cool. I just got a battery light set to try my own.
