I took the neck off of a tiny cheap guitar I had lying around. The neck had a sweet red color too it and was a perfect size for a uke (a scale length of 17 in, while normal concert ukes are 16, though it didn't make much of a difference.) I removed two of the tuning pegs, made a new four string nut for it, and threw it on a matchin red cigar box. Sounds great as well!
