My 9 year-old daughter got a guitar at Christmas. She needed a little amp. Started out as a raw wood cigar box. 2 coats of metallic blue acrylic. She picked the colour and hardware and laid it out. It looks even better in person. Using a LM386 amp chip for 1 watt of output into a vintage 10watt Audiovox speaker. Volume and gain.
