Found a use for the body of my daughter's broken uke. Slapped a piece of scrapbook paper, some tines and a soundhole cover on it, now it's a kalimba. The neck I used to make her dog dish resonator uke. So two instruments from one. Maybe my son should sit on it again and we can get even more instruments out of it. lol

Thanks. And, yes, it sounds pretty good except the 2 highest pitched keys, I think they need more tension. If I do another one I'll use 3 screws. It's amazingly loud though.
