I used new tuning keys. The string tree is just some hardware i found lying around. Nut is a piece of square rod.

    oh, I see. Didn't notice the notches (that was exactly what helped in my case ;-) )

    No. no buzzing. I notched the rod with a hacksaw so the strings barely fit.

    The intrument sounds really nice actually. I dont think i"ll ever get rid of it.
