I've just hunted down Smojo's booklet as I couldn't remember and it was a 10k logarithmic pot.

Hi thanks for responding. I actually think its the pot causing my issue. What are you using. I get a sound like a geiger counter. Most vexing.

I have just used a Kemo amp to create two amps. Did you get any feedback problems? I feel I may be used too small a speaker as after a while any input turns into a croak like sound?
