    I love the speaker cover too. It's like a resonator cover. Old kitchen stuff. Good job Large.

    Thank you Dave.  I just couldn't bear cutting up that top.  But the real benefit was that the bottom speaker sitting on a hard surface bumps up the bass response of the 4" speaker considerably.
