  •  AGP, "Unfortunately there are still a lot of things to fix in the CBN Upgrade, and at the risk of sounding negative, I much prefered it the way was (my opinion only)"

    I'll second that.

  • You are very welcome, Doug. As long as you are having fun, that is the main thing. Isn't there the rule: "There are no rules?" I never did like them anyway. :-p

  • Thanks Jonathan! I do like to experiment and the experiments continue on since I haven't figured it all out yet. Probably never will, but that's okay; it will keep me busy trying!

  • Wow. Quite a collection you have there!

  • AGP #, Now you're just showing off. (grin) All I can say is WOW! That's so cool. One could spend  a week or more trying to play all of those. Very nice.

  • Thanks for providing the link Alan! I enjoyed watching the video again. That is a lot of guitars!!!

I think four of my 10 ft x 12 ft workshops would fit in yours and I'm very thankful to have it. I was going to have a smaller one delivered, but my wife convinced me to go bigger. I am blessed!

  • "Sweet Collection Doug", Like yourself my aim is to keep them from lying around on the floor, and tripping over them all the time, a prolific CBG Builder, our "Dear Old Departed Mate Dave Lynas", used to have them hanging on walls and stacked knee deep in corners etc.

Unfortunately there are still a lot of things to fix in the CBN Upgrade, and at the risk of sounding negative, I much prefered it the way was (my opinion only)

Fortunately all of my past Videos are on Utube, just went into my Utube Chanel and found the Video you mentioned (link below), also noticed that its been 8 Months since I done a Video Sound Sample of any of my Builds, will have to get the Finger Out and do a few soon. laughing

  • Thanks Southern Ray! Musical joy for sure and reminders of my building (and playing) journey over the years.

  • Now if that isn't a wonderful wall full of musical joy, I don't know what is! Awesome.

  • Thanks guys (BrianQ, Jerry, Uncle John and T-Gripped)! The goal is no guitars on the carpet on my music room, however, I am failing at the moment. Out of tolerance by six! All right handed ones and will be going to others. I typically play the most recent builds. When I'm experimenting and making a new one, I will typically part out the least desirable lefty from the wall to make room for it or give a nicer lefty away.

Alan (AGP) did a video showing off all his guitars and workshop a ways back, but I could not find it here at CBN using Search. He set the bar high for CBGs on hand and ready to play. Unfortunately, there is no way to review all the videos by anyone, including your own any more. We apparently lost that feature in the upgrade.
