Thanks and good idea and good repurpose. I say if it is loud and twangy, leave it as it is.
No, it's the drip aluminum drip pan from an old freezer unit, and it's pretty twangy and loud with out any sound holes. Thinking of putting two screened grommets in it to let that sound out!
Very nice and interesting too. Is that just a piece of galvanized steel? How does it sound?
