    Its a Handy Junior Button maker. It uses dies and cutters for various button types.

    That's seems to make more sense, I haven't researched it yet, I will later. I think it will work good, I've been hammering frets in with a block and don't really like doing it that way.

    I was going to saw it was a bearing press, than I saw the Handy Junior on the side.  I think it is a press for reloading shoot gun shells?
