Yes, I made a template out of the slab of plastic that comes with a new screwdriver. You know that piece that has the bar code and is attached to the screwdriver so you can't steal it. I traced the pattern on to the plastic and cut it out with a coping saw. The final cut in the cigar box still needed a good filing to get it as nice at it is.
