This was the hardest part. Had a Banjo bridge installed but it was too high. I took a Honduran Rosewood pen blank and spent about an hour on the drum sander carving this out and finished shaping it on the sander to fit inside the cavity. Paid for it the next day (sinuses). Plays extremely well acoustically as well as electrically. Nice deep rich tone to it with just enough brightness and tons of sustain just like a normal acoustic. Has an excellent blues tone when ran thru a tube amp. Guitar was a gift from a long time girlfriend. Build cost was under $90, sold for $150. I love building these things and always try to exceed my customer's expectations and dont mind the extra work it takes to get such a beautiful product.
