It diped in two part.Lid and body.First primer paint and inside box.Wood soaked some water.We dont tape small holes.But wood dryed and all was good.I let clear coat dry one week.Some wood grain shows thru but thats hand made and not factory made.
Cool stuff I have some questions 1 did you dip it all at once or in sections? Next did the wood swell from the water ? I am thinking of doing this to a solid body that I'm building and have many hours carving it out and such.
