    ty everyone for the nice comments. I built this for a friend to give to a music instructor. the plate came from his moms mantle and the wood from there barn. I didnt think it would sound good with all that stuff inside but i was wrong doesnt seem to matter much,must be the plate. By the way these plates sound great cant wait to do another.
