  • Thanks Boxy, I like the binding. I needed to add it to make the fret ends friendly to touch and fill the gap from the narrow fretboard to the edge of the neck. I like the contrasting wood too. It speaks some quality into your build.
  • Dave, thanks for posting this picture, I like the binding very much. I never considered it, but I'm making a tin uke right now which I may well do the same way (the guitar looks great so far by the way. I also like sturdy/over-engineered!)
