Headstock angle cutter jig

The red outline is the neck and piece already cut off my headstock.This cuts it at around 12 degrees and does a very clean cut.Before I was doing this by freehand and it would take a lot of work to clean up the crooked cuts.

  • Yeah wade I have used my table saw too but wasn't pleased with the miter saw I can clamp it down tight and goes very slow and make a perfect cut.
  • I always wondered if this could be done on a cut off saw. Nice job. I used my table saw and then cut the same angle out of scraps and used the pieces on each side to make clamping easier
