  • Yeah, the fact that cow magnets are strong makes them handy for separating out ferrous metal from other stuff and for finding flyaway springs in the shop. I think this is pretty much the first time I've ever found any practical use for hair clippers though. :D

  • Hi James, actually it sounds pretty decent... as far as I can tell just having it balanced there and connected by test clips. It's definitely plenty loud. I need to raise it up just a bit closer to the string then stick it all together with some blue masking tape so I can wail on it a bit and see what kinda tone it puts out. I'll post again after I play with it some more.
