This arrived yesterday by UPS. Wow, what a guitar. Great tone and in mint condition. I think she might rival any Fender. Now to learn 8 string. Yipes!

APG, I've not had a guitar with legs yet. This puts a whole new wave in the pond. I like it. I've got it in C6. It's a dream to play and has that Hawaiian sound built right in. I'm hooked. I have some of the vintage Waverly and Nick Manalof slides as well as a very large bullet bar called Planet Waves that are long enough for the 8 strings. The big bullet sounds the best but it sure is heavy. Sounds like pure tone, no static. I'm pumped.
Getting out the guitars, dusting some off, bringing 3 to my gig. Beautiful day. Thanks Wes, Jim. This baby is my best to date. Winter will find me plucking and sliding.
Thanks Phrygian Kid and Blue, I've got a gig tonight, but i'll leave her home for this one. A Ricky will go in her stead. It's the Wilma Town Hall Fallfest in beautiful downtown Duxbury MN. The 4th year we've played it. Folks who like our music. Fun times.
I've been playing her all day. She's one smooth operater. It's got some deep notes. Like thunder. Rocks and rolls on those legs. She's a heavy weight, at about 25 lbs. in the case. Thick and sturdy. I had no idea of the scale of her as my other lap steels are so little, even the Rickenbachers are small. Big Mamma. .... : ^) ....

She looks like a beauty Dave. I never saw an 8 string one before.
