Hi Werner, thank you for the reply. I had never heard of a Berimbau until now, so I just looked it up. Looks like an interesting instrument. I guess I'll have to do some experimenting on my own to see if there's any good wires for Diddley Bows in American tires. It seems that most I've seen were quite thin (similar in size to a steel electric guitar "G" string). Anyways, thanks so much for posting these great pics! :)
Thx for the cool comment ! Actually the tire wire is from an old broke Berimbau. Dunno what kind of tires they use in Brasil for their Berimbau's but it's sounds cool for a D-bow :)
