I have dogs in my family. They are treated as family members. They are often smarter, funnier, and kewler than many humans of my acquaintance. I have not made guitars from the two I have personally, carefully, mand lovingly buried here over tha last 12 years. And my mum would think it both macabre, disturbing, and yet, hilarious, if a guitar, or anything else, were to be made from her skull, which, by the bye, she is still using. I would not desecrate her so. Other people, however, might. If you're gonna preach dignity and respect, toss your veggie burgers, salads, and beetroot smoothies, and live on air and water. Plants have feelings, too. They show fear. They can't run. I'm here all week; try the veal >:-E.

I Like Everything Blue
Blue dog they call Art
Blue sheep I'd call...Max
Blue is where I'd start
To color all the facts
Red just makes me rage
Yellow's chicken-hearted
Plaid sez act your age
Orange you glad we parted?
Indigo through the out door
Green looks on all jealous
What is Violet for
Is what she'll never tell us
Rose is rusty, ready made,
A Maidenform all pearly
Black is aces with a spade
I think I'll go home early
Amber couldn't wait 'til Fall
Whitey whooped through Winter
Summer bronzed and had a ball.
Guess who came to dinner?
Just borrow something old and grey
Don't worry 'f it ain't new
Put on yer dancin' shoes, and say
I like everything Blue.

Well, carry on then.
I'll be over in the corner enjoying the tasty shoe leather.
The sheep in the picture is a happy sheep from a local farm. It has been colored by computer. Just so you guys know that.
For Silent you have some words there Jim. This is a very stimulating discussion. I like it. Thanks....
Yeah, no "animal exploitation" with THAT pic; was thinking the same thing, but did not want to indulge in ad animalium attacks >:-E
Hmm, "it's a skull and an you're just using it to look 'cool'", right beside a pic of a living sheep with it's head dyed blue...
which is more objectionable ?
1. using a part of a dead animal (which was already dead ) for a musical instrument.
2. killing a plant (which was alive) in order to harvest material for a musical instrument..
