    I thought it would be quieter than it is but I'm happy with the sound. I use an electric sabre saw to cut my F holes and the neck holes. I used to do it with a coping saw by hand, then got tired of that and tried my sabre saw, easier faster and smoother cut.

    My Gloria Cubana is pretty quiet. I have a Partagas, an Aurora and and a Montecristo that are all louder. Nice f holes. Are you using a Dremel to cut them?
