This is a visual diagram of the Blues Scale in the key of G. The blue dots indicate the root note of the scale (G). The point of this diagram is to give you a series of notes that will sound good when played over a blues song in the key of G. You can play these notes one at a time in sequence to practice the scale, and then improvise your own melodies using different combinations of these notes over a blues song in the key of G.

Thanks for sharing Justin. This is exactly how I tune all my CBG's that are setup with guitar strings. (Exceptions are when I use banjo strings or a uke.) Would also be a nice little handout as part of tuning and playing for the customers who buy our CBG's.
