Hey Kenneth Wilson Hale,
Yep...its a 7 string :)
I can totally see getting that sound with that tune for sure!..Love CCR too
Ive recentlly been messin around out of the metal circle with the seven string and you are so right...there are just a Multitude Of tunings to complement the 7's and can be played on so many platforms!
BTW...i see those jumbos in yer CBG :) ...what a beauti Piece!!!
Cheers!
The bridge makes it sound wonderful...very rich....it plays and sounds well amplified but ive been playing it without amplification and its perfect without!....and yes, the jumbo frets were a personal choice...im use to the jumbosvas I play an Ibanez RG 7 as my regular instrument in my band...theres def a certain feel to them ..in a good way :)
My next build I chose very thin frets for Vintage stratocaster...these will go on a 3 Stringer CBG :)
Thanxs for the kind words Muddy Creek Guitars...I was real particular about the colours...I tried different tones on scrap from the build and came up with these tones...and hoped that the neck and body stain would work well with either brass or silver...im very happy with the turnout and cant stop playing it :) :) :)

Hey, Michael, I just got to ask if that Ibanez is the seven string model. I play a squier 7 with the bass
tuned to an octave E. We do CCR and with a Marshall it gets a lot of the Creedence sound. You may
play metal but those 7 strings can cover a lot of territory. The CBG I am holding in my picture has jumbo frets
as well. (Stainless Steel)
Beauty for sure!!! There's a new Sheriff in town!
Thanxs :)

That's a great looking guitar and with that banjo bridge it looks like it will sound good acoustically
as well. Are those jumbo frets?
