Meet the Fox Kestrel, a Diddley bow made from a Conzáles Dávila cigar box, with both piezo and magnetic pickup. Handmade handle, leg support and knobs made from beech. The neck is a reclaimed broomstick. It has woodburned position markers, bullskull inlay, woodburned brand name and logo, and some extra woodburned details.The nut is made of a hoseclamp and the tailpiece is a nice spoon handle. Handcut soundhole with fencing, and a nice handmade bridge made from mahogany and Brazillian greenheart with a brass fret on top. The headstock is also made from mahogany. It has a handwound magnetic pickup (rosewood) and a piezo that is embedded in a rosewood cover in between the neck and soundboard. The pickups can be selected with a switch and have volume and tone control. The box can still be opened
