CBG harp: 3 string Gdg plus 4 bass strings * Flatpup 4 as bass pickup * Flatpup 3 shiftable (!) back and forth on guiders.For better handling, a hand rest will be installed over the bass strings. A selector switch for serial/parallel mode is also planned.Construction detail: An aluminum-angle all along the left side of the neck gives support to bear the string-loads.

    The CBG sounds great!

    ...I don't like the aluminum a lot, though...

    Perhaps next one you could re-design the neck to use wood at the double head?

    ...wait a moment!  :-)

    I think I have a ...   an, Acoustic Guitar magazine here, march 2003, that I think I saw a double string-set instrument in....   (picked it up at the thrift store for a quarter!  lol)   I'll get back to you on that.

  • thanks guys, but there are still some issues with this... thing. I think of splitting the 2 pups and run them in separate channels. I hope my guitar test pilot has an idea to play it :-)
