Hubcap from a 1960s UK ford Anglia or Corsair , I pulled it out the ground when working at ex Ford plant Halewood Liverpool , other than a couple of minor scuffs its in remarkable good condition.

Bluesheart, thanks, the tailpiece is the single looped handle ( the other had already broken off) to the s/steel colander that forms the back, I found it in my mother in laws kitchen cupboard, the colander was a perfect diameter match for the hubcap, couldn't believe my luck. Will have to raid her cupboard again for any more workable items.
Hi Neil, The neck is from a hay rake I had in my shed , it's made of Ash and is square at the bottom 1/3 which I put at the hub cap end and round for the remainder of the neck, it just needed some light sanding and was good to go.
