Flatpup on Japanese instrument

The owner bought this instrument in Japan, dunno how it's called. We installed a Flatpup to electrify it without drilling the top.www.original-flatpup.com

    it's taishogoto, Japanese version of Indian bulbul tarang.

    the keys push the strings onto the frets. the lower string is kinda drone string without frets. The owner had no idea for a "normal" tuning, he just tuned it like a 3 string CBG ;-) The highest string has a couple in the same tone. Henry, what exactly would you like to know?
