I'm kind of torn about the painted ones. I think they'd look great if they had been sprayed but outside of buying premixed spray cans it just seems to me that setting up to spray a 2' 1"x2" and all the clean up and then more coats is a lot of trouble.
The brush painting does kind of make them a little more rustic but on those rustic wasn't really what I was going for.
