Battery box x 2 for preamp and miniamp.Neckplate is from FSR shop on ebay (USA) http://stores.ebay.co.uk/fsrshop2 outputs for humbucker and piezo - removing the jackplug causes the signal to pass to the other for one output as per normal guitar.
