No. 10 Kelly-ette. Pretty much like the last one, but more volume, and a tone that sounds like a fiddle, but I think I can still get more volume. Still has a small wolf tone problem with the "a" string. Notice that I have now added a, uh, well, a step on the tail piece, that sets on the top of the box, to help support the tailpiece.When a box has stamps and tape on them, I start by steaming them off in hopes of re-mounting them at a latter date. Paper on some of the older boxes are too brittle to come off without totally destroying the paper. Too bad. Some of it is pretty cool. The tape on the Old Virginia Cheroots box was too brittle and crumbled, but I found a picture of one, on line, copied and printed the tape off and glued that to the box. With a little distressing, it don't look too bad.
