This is my rig. It makes a surprisingly sweet Asian-banjo sound with it's two-strings. I found that straddling the bridge between the can and wooden box lid delivers the best sound. I didn't have any guitar strings so I used some jewelry cables that I had. They're very soft and stretch and they sound good but you have to brush them in a diddleyin' manner. It's weird... but it works. The plastic lid (my slide) is light-weight and fits my fingers really well. The flat surface of my glide also resonates with my strings and produces a sound that I hear from my left ear -it's a cool effect. I'm thinking about mic-ing my slide.
