View inside. Old bracing and old kleets peeling up. I'll redo them and try to flaten the top wood. It is caved in at the tail. I'll try heat and then clamping with a wide caul to fit the shape of the tail area. I'll heat it with a gel heating bag. I can form fit it to the area i want to flaten.

Gitz, I got the neck off yesterday. I figured with the crystalized glue that that would need to be done. Much more easy to reset with the back off. The neck came off easily to reveal much of the glue in the joint was not holding anything. Only about half the glue was holding the neck on. I can fix that.
