  Thanks Russ, you got that right: I drilled an hole halfway thru the bolt. They really can keep it in tune but you got to handle them with care or it will easily cut the strings

  Too cool! I have to ask, though. I see this thru-the-headstock-wingnut setup a bit. How did you wrap the string? Did you drill a hole into the bolt itself? Or is it just lots of patience and twisting?
