Here's the main ingredients. Sitka Spruce top, Teisco pickup, Mahogany tailpiece with MOP inlay diamonds. Bone nut and saddle, Mahogany bridge and nut. Cherry shoulder and tail, Mahogany sides, Black Walnut back. Poplar neck.

  • Thanks Timothy, I try to keep it clean. This diddly has turned out great. The sound on the old Teisco pickup is very strong but pretty. My control box seems to be doing a good job. And the Hula girl is dancing just fine. I've added an unwound G string and a wound D. And tune it GD. Played with a stick and slide on my lap.

  • I love the design on this instrument. Its so simple and perfect. I might try and build one like it.
