I can't imagine doing this with out my littel drill press. Very gentle pressure drills the sound holes without break out. I step drill for the jack and thru drill for the 1 inch oak dowel Gel super glued the stove bolts so they don't ratlle or come apart. Get super glue is nice stuff. Its easier to not glue body parts together. Standard pop rivet sleeves for string guards - five bucks for a big box from Harbor freight.

Argh! I misspelled Gel super glue - got a big package of it from Harbor Freight. Also misspelled Little drill press which is not a brand at all. I think I got it from Big Lots - not much of a drill press -sixty bucks I think and thats good enough for building these things. Just posted 12 of my builds on Ebay !! Need the room and the $$
