    Nice build (and still too). How did the metal top work out? Does it give you a good tone acoustically? Thanks for sharing. Enjoy.

    Yes I did!

    The neck is my first to be angled. I cut a piece about 7" long. I then held a protractor on the end of the neck and guessed.... uh, I mean, calculated the angle I wanted and cut it with the table saw. Then matched up the 7" piece to the same angle. I used some thick CA glue (woodworkers super glue) and glued them together. I then drilled a hole in the center and put a dowel in it. Also put two pilot holes and two finish drywall screws on each side of it.

    I am curious. How do you angle your headstock? I like the look but have not figured out how to do it.
