I'm getting some of my best stuff by repairing old things around here. I have some great top railing on some compost bins that have aged wonderfully. I'm planning to remove them although I'm sure they would hold up another 20 years, and replacing with new wood so I can use the old stuff. When I did a hub cap guitar awhile back I replaced the old worn handles on my post hole digger so I could use the old ones.
really like the sound board there is an old barn where i hunt that has alot of barn wood in it. i think youve inspired me to take a little adventure over to look.
